I found that the texture is softer when I put my cups on the top rack of the oven and put a pan of water on the bottom rack (think moisture in the oven like baking a cheese cake.)

This didn’t work out. It’s yummy but do not have the creamy thick texture of costco egg bite. Top part got bubbly and bottom part got hard
