  4. Add 2 cloves or more minced garlic with a pinch of salt and cook until it softens about 3 minutes. You can add more garlic if you love garlic (is simple as that).

  7. Add 2 cans of evaporated milk, sour cream, thyme, and hot sauce to the pan and bring to a simmer.
